This video shows the loading and unloading of lumber, pulp, steel and newsprint cargos by gantry cranes. It covers many different ports visited in Canada, the US West Coast and the Far East. Dozens of different ships are seen during the voyage.

Also an engine problem requires the vessel to be under tow for two days. Very interesting footage of the vessel connecting up to the tug.

A busy day in Osaka with many different things happening on the ship. A interesting trip through the Kanmon straight between the Japanese Islands of Honsu and Kyushu. Shots of the Engineers getting ready and entering into the duct keel to to make an inspection. Wonderful seabird shots as a flock of abatrosses follow the ship for two weeks. Full colour. Approx. 60 minutes. DVD.
