Help with Shipping Charges/Delivery times


UK Priority orders will be sent by First Class Post or by Priority (24 hour) ANC delivery service, depending on the size of your order.
If you require more urgent service than that (eg special delivery/courier service), please contact us). Normal orders will be sent by Second Class Post, Economy ANC delivery service or Standard Parcel service depending on weight. Overseas airmail orders will be sent Air Mail, Euro48 or International Standard Air Parcel. Surface mail is usually by surface postal service. NOTE THAT 24 hour delivery refers to the delivery survice used, it is not a guarantee of dispatch of goods immediately, which may depend on stock and availability.
Please note that, depending on destination, surface mail outside Europe can take up to 90 days to arrive.

If you think the calculated delivery price is incorrect (particularly in respect of larger orders) or you want us to use a particular service or courier, or ship on your own account, please email us at the same time as you place your order. We are happy to give you a shipping quotation before dispatching your order. If you want to collect your order from our shop in person, please select Shipping mode Collect above and you can pay on collection if you wish.

Also, please note that all though we carry a wide range of stock, we cannot guarantee that every item is in stock all the time, although we normally expect to be able to obtain stock within a few days. This may delay dispatch of your order. If urgent, or you would like part shipment of what we do have in stock, please do not hesitate to contact us.
