You do not require an account to shop on this site, and you can go ahead and complete your order and pay immediately.

If you choose to create an account, your name and address details will be kept on-line and next time you come to our site, you can retrieve these details by signing-on to your account. Please note that even if you create an account, your credit card details are not accessible on line and you will have to re-enter those details each time you shop. This is for your security.

When you check out, you can pay by credit/debit card. We accept all major cards. You can also complete your order on-line, then call and give us your card details by telephone, or send us cash or cheque. If you have a credit account with us, you can ask to receive an invoice with your order. Please note that accounts must be pre-approved before you will receive credit, otherwise we shall send you a pro-forma invoice. We shall then dispatch the goods on receipt of payment.

Finally, if you are able to visit us at our premises in Warsash, you can place your order here, but collect and pay for the goods at the shop.

VAT: All prices on our website include VAT. Overseas orders are VAT free. Orders to other EU countries normally attract VAT at the UK rate, except for supplies to businesses registered for VAT in their own country. They are not liable for UK VAT but may be liable for local VAT when they receive the goods. As the UK rate of VAT on books and charts is 0% (zero rated) in practice there is no difference in the price we charge.
